What is a remote-controlled tracked chassis mainly used for? It serves as a modular base platform. Customers can install different upper working devices on it, such as lifting equipment, water spray systems, drilling machines, sampling equipment and detection devices. It is widely used in orchard operations, mountain engineering, environmental remediation, tunnel inspection and other scenarios where manned operation is inconvenient or dangerous.
What is the control distance of the wireless remote controller? The standard wireless remote control distance is 100 meters in an open area without signal shielding. If your working site has obstacles or signal interference, we can upgrade to a longer-range remote system. The remote supports forward, backward, turning, speed adjustment and emergency stop functions.
What payload options do you provide? We supply standard models covering payloads from 0.3 ton up to 10 tons. Custom load capacity is supported. Our engineer will recommend a suitable chassis model after confirming your upper equipment weight, working slope and ground conditions.
Are the tracks rubber or steel? Can I choose? Rubber track is standard. Rubber tracks produce low noise and will not damage lawns, concrete roads or farmland. Steel tracks are optional for heavy-duty, rocky and harsher working conditions with high wear resistance.

Is the emergency stop function equipped? Absolutely. Both the remote controller and the chassis body are fitted with emergency stop buttons. Pressing the emergency stop can cut off power/hydraulic power immediately to stop all movements for safety.

What documents can you provide for export customs clearance? We can provide CE certificate, packing list, commercial invoice and inspection form. Standard models are ready for shipment in 7–15 working days, while customized chassis normally take 15–25 working days. We adopt wooden case packing for sea transportation.
